As part of that evolution, we're introducing a new scheduling framework powered in part by Vanio AI. This transition has also meant making some very difficult decisions. We want to be transparent with you: we have restructured our Bulgarian team, and as a result, a number of valued colleagues will be leaving Beyondbnb. This was not a decision we took lightly, and it is not one we made without a great deal of care and consideration. Every person impacted has played a real part in building what Beyondbnb is today, and we are fully committed to supporting them through this transition. We share this with you not to cause concern, but because you deserve honesty — and because we want to be clear about what comes next for the rest of the team.
